Chicken Spring Roll

Ingredients
Spring Roll Wrappers:5
All purpose flour/Maida paste:2 tsp
Oil for frying
For Chicken Masala
Chicken:4-5 Medium Pieces.
Onion:2 medium,chopped
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp

Avocado Dates Smoothie


Ingredients
Avocado:1/2
Dates:5-7
Milk:2 cup
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes:2
Preparation Method
1.Soak dates in 1/4 cup milk for half an hour.
2.Scoop out the flesh part of avocado and blend in milk with soaked dates(after removing seeds) by adding enough sugar.
3.Pour in glasses ,add ice cubes and serve.

Avocado Milk Shake

Avocado:1 ripe
Chilled milk:1 1/2 cups Sugar to taste
Ice cubes:1– 2(optional)
Preparation Method
1.Scoop out the flesh of avocado.
2.Blend it with chilled milk and enough sugar until smooth.
3.Pour into glasses ,add ice cubes and serve..

A tasty and traditional cake..This is my first attempt and it came out so perfect.I was not confident while making,but the result was wonderful.On last Ramzan I had it from an Iftar party and just loved the taste and asked for the recipe,tested and now sharing with you..Do try it out..

Dosa

Ingredients
Rice:1 1/2 Cup
Urad dal/Uzhunnu parippu :1⁄2 Cup
Cooked Rice:2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Water :1⁄2 Cup
Fenugreek:1/4 tsp
Black gram:few nos
Ghee or oil: 2 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Wash and soak rice , urad dal ,black gram and fenugreek for 4-6 hrs.
2.Grind well by adding enough water and cooked rice to make smooth batter. Transfer to a vessel with lid and leave overnight to ferment.

Rose Milk

Ingredients
Chilled Milk:1 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Rose Syrup:1 tsp
Rose water: ½ tsp
Sugar to taste
Sabja / Falooda seeds:2 tsp
Preparation Method
1.Soak sabja seeds in water at least for 1 hour till soft and transparent.
2.Blend the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
3.Top with soaked sabja seeds and serve...

Ingredients
Unripe jack fruit:1/4 th of a medium jack fruit, cleaned, pitted and roughly chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic:8–10 pods,chopped
Small onion:8,chopped
Green chillies:3
Curry leaves:1 – 2 sprigs
Coconut oil:3 tbsp
Red chillies:3
Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1.Pressure cook the chopped jack fruit with enough water,turmeric powder,green chillies and salt.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic,small onions and curry leaves,red chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
3.Pour this to the jack fruit, mix and  mash well...

Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken:5-6 pieces
Chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder:1/4 tsp
Cornflour:1/2 tsp
Cornstarch:2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required.
Onion:1 large,diced
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Bell pepper:1/2 ,diced
Soya sauce:1 tsp
Coriander leaves:few
Preparation Method
1.Marinate chicken pieces with chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,cornflour and salt.Keep the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown color and soft and keep it aside.
3.To the same pan add onions and saute for few seconds at high flame.They must not turn brown.Add ginger garlic paste ,bell pepper and very little salt and saute for few more seconds.Add the fried chicken pieces and soya sauce and mix well.
4.Add the cornstarch and cook until the gravy is well coated into the chicken pieces.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Water: enough to grind into a coarse paste
