Home Made Garlic Mayonnaise (Garlic Sauce)

Mayonnaise is a  creamy sauce often used as a condiment. It is a stable emulsion of oil, egg and either vinegar or lemon juice, with many options for embellishment with other herbs and spices.Here am using Garlic.Garlic sauce is a common dip served with many Arabian or Lebanese chicken dishes.Try this quick and tasty recipe of  garlic mayonnaise.


Ingredients
Egg white of 2 Eggs
Garlic:4 pods
Sunflower oil:1 Cup
Vinegar or Lemon Juice:1/2 tsp
Salt:A pinch

Potato Baji

Ingredients
Potato:1
Besan/Chickpea flour:1/2 cup
Chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Baking soda:A pinch (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Bottle Gourd ( Chiranga /Churakka) Curry


Bottle Gourd is excellent for people who are on diet. It contains many Vitamins and minerals and the  juice of this vegetable is popular for weight loss. Here I am posting a simple  yet delicious curry that will not take more time to cook.


Ingredients
Dal:1/4 Cup
Bottle gourd/Chiranga :1 cup,chopped
Onion:1/2 of one,Sliced
Tomato:2,Cut
Green chillies:3
Turmeric Powder:1/2 tsp
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Grated coconut:1/4 cup

Fried Meat Box

The second Ashra of Ramadan is reached. Second Ashra is the time when Allah’s forgiveness is at its peak, and it is best to ask Allah to forgive our sins.
Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and remit from us our evil deeds.

This is my first post during this Ramadan..Earlier I have posted a kind of this recipe with a small variation. See the recipe  This is fried item and the size is reduced.

Ingredients For Meat Mixture
Chicken:4-5 Medium Pieces.
Onion:2 medium,chopped
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Pepper powder: 1 tsp
Chilly powder: 1/3 tsp
Garam masala:3/4 tsp
Chopped Coriander leaves:few
Salt to taste

 Arrowroot Powder/Koova Podi :1 cup
 Grated Jaggery : ¾ cup
Grated  Coconut :1/4 Cup(Optional)

Shredded coconut : ½ cup
Small onion / Shallots : 8 whole, chopped
Chopped garlic : 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (jeerakam) : ¼ tsp
Black sesame seeds : ½ tbsp
